A midweek session produced this stunning 3lb perch for Neil Rogers, great looking fish, well done Neil.
One to watch for the future is Kieran Cove, who turned 16 last year. Kieran has been catching numerous fish from Sharnbrook including a brace today, the best one below weighing in at 13 1/2 lb. Well done Kieran, very good angling.

Congratulations to Steve Wilson catching this young barbel last Sunday…………..

The weather obviously put some off with only 6 hardy souls taking part. There were some nice fish caught however with 2 chub breaking the 5lb barrier. Congratulations to Paul Caton on winning the match and who is pictured below with a chub of 5lb 8oz which contributed to his winning weight.
Match Results (top 3)
1st: Paul Caton – 11lb 10oz
2nd: Nigel Bass – 8lb 4 oz
3rd: Nigel Porter – (1 chub)
The pike fishing at Woburn appears to be reasonably productive for those braving the cold weather.
Apologies to the member in the pic who caught this 18lber as we don’t have his name.
