About the Club

The Vauxhall Angling Club is based in Luton, Beds and is operated as a traditional members Club, run by anglers for anglers. The quality and diversity of fishing cannot be bettered for £45 a full season, making Vauxhall the best value for money fishing club in Bedfordshire. It is also worth noting that we do not charge a joining fee or impose a penalty if you do not attend a work party, as many other Clubs do. We do hope that you will choose to help as there is always plenty to be done!

Waters available: River Ouse at Radwell, Sharnbrook, Harrold, Kempston and Willington (over 8 miles)

River Ivel at Girtford Bridge and affiliated to IPA (Biggleswade Common, Sandy New Road etc.)

Pits and Lakes: Sharnbrook complex consisting of 6 gravel pits, largest 26 acres. Harrold Country Park, Woburn Sands pit, Tingrith Manor Lake and Stanton Harcourt.

A 3 ROD MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA £15 ON THE STANDARD MEMBERSHIP FEE (YOU DO NEED 2 WATER AUTHORITY LICENSES).

Lots of decent fish being caught on our waters, a 4lb perch, bream, tench and carp from Harrold Country Park, large mirrors and commons from Woburn, big bream and tench at Sharnbrook and lots of ‘fun’ carp at Tingrith……

Vauxhall anglers can now fish the Grand Union canal on production of their book starting at: The Navigation Inn (Castlethorpe-Station Road) toward Cosgrove (Lock Lane) and the Galleon stretch starting at the Iron Trunk Aquaduct and ending at Old Wolverton Road. This is an agreement with DATS angling. Please park sensibly! Maps will follow….
